Cristiano- "I think I'm the most complete player to ever exist"
Ronaldo, the contender for the best player of all time with his 5 Ballen D'or, 5 champions leagues, and at the time writing this he has accumulated an impressive statistic of 783 goals. Cristiano Ronaldo has to undisputedly be the best footballer to have ever played ... would be the case if Messi did not exist. Now wether you believe the greatest is Messi or Ronaldo, is completely up to you. However the publicity, coverage, and discussion about this debate has always roamed the internet.

Now that we enter the "end of an era" for both Messi and Ronaldo, it only seems this debate has only gotten more viral with time, surprising when considering that both players are playing in completely separate continents. However, your average interviewer having a discussion with Cristiano always has to include his thoughts about Messi, I mean why would you not ask one of the greatest ever how he feels about the other greatest ever. But maybe Cristiano seemed blunt about his feelings than fans thought. Cristiano made a number of comments about the number of goals he scored with his right foot, left foot, and his head. Saying that his stats are so impressive, you can't possibly doubt how complete of a player he is. Even saying how thinking anybody is the greatest is fine, but you can't say he is not the most complete player.

Benzema on Ronaldo's Comments
TNT Sports hosted a interview with Cristiano's Real Madrid teammate Karim Benzema, himself has even won a Ballen D'or. Sharing some of the greatest moments on the field together, his thoughts on the Cristiano comments are some to be heard. When asked Benzema responded very vaguely on the matter, saying that his "best player ever" is Ronaldo... no not CR7, the Brazilian one. Benzema also added that "every player has their own story, and his is a very good one". Benzema did talk about Ronaldo leaving Real Madrid for Juventus in 2018, where he felt now was the time he needed to step up. While some articles have claimed Benzema's comments as "snubbing off" Ronaldo, we at SoccerNBuisness don't feel the same about these comments. When Benzema talks about needing to step up at Real Madrid, we simply know this as Ronaldo's shadow leaving and required him to be at his best. We know this as his most impressive season .. a ballen D'or winning season to be exact for Karim Benzema. So to be asked about how great Ronaldo feels about himself, how would you respond when asked, for Karim this was probably a complicated answer.
